Drive the end to end sales process, from establishing the customer relationship to business development and executing successful end to end sales pursuits, closing new logos while expanding our existing accounts.
Constantly look for new areas to expand business within WalkMe's Major accounts.
Build WalkMe's business by hunting for new opportunities.
Manage and respond to incoming inbound and outbound lead requests.
Manage sales activity including daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting of pipeline and revenue in our corporate CRM and to management ensuring system hygiene and data excellence.
Ensure quarterly quotas are reached and exceeded.
Interface with all levels of the target organizations, including senior executives of Enterprise accounts.
Partner collaboratively with Customer Success Managers, BDRs, Marketing and our Alliance organization to identify and close new logos and up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within your existing accounts.
Execution of sales activities with internal cross-functional teams, senior management and corporate counsel, from contract negotiation all the way to signed contracts.
Requirements
Vast experience in an Enterprise Software Sales role.
Past experience in selling a SaaS/Hi-tech product, using a strategic approach.
Proven success in growing and working within the region, experience in the financial services industry in South East Asia preferred
Ability to manage a long and strategic sales cycle from demo to negotiation and closing.
Evidence of exceptional commitment to a process-driven sales approach, and accurately tracking and forecasting all customer engagement, account management and activity through the use of an enterprise CRM.
A track record of consistent earnings and over-achievement in past Sales Executive roles.
Be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent presentation skills.
Fluent English required, additional proficiency in SE Asian language a bonus
Experience using WalkMe is a major plus!
Experience working within the SAP ecosystem.
