Manage and develop a portfolio of key retail accounts.
Drive sustainable growth through proactive account planning and joint business plans.
Identify growth opportunities with existing and new retail partners.
Prospect and onboard new retail partners, from first contact to negotiation and implementation.
Negotiate commercial terms and promotional agreements.
Analyze sales performance and market data to identify trends.
Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to propose proactive solutions.
Ensure operational excellence through structured follow-up and strong communication.
Report and forecast accurately to the retail manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (min. 2 years in key account management, ideally in retail).
Motivation and drive are key.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, able to turn opportunities into sustainable partnerships.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability, you build plans and make them happen.
Strong analytical capabilities and command of Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Autonomous, proactive, and organized, you thrive when given responsibility and freedom to act.
Fluent in French with a good knowledge of English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
