Requirements
3+ years of product design experience with a portfolio of multiple shipped products, ideally within a SaaS or B2B startup environment.
An ownership mindset, with the self-directed ability to identify problems, find solutions, and deliver reliably without needing a defined roadmap.
Active fluency with AI tools in your current design process; you are already hands-on with tools like Cursor, Lovable, Claude, or Figma AI to push the boundaries of your craft.
Strong systems-level thinking, demonstrating an ability to contribute to design systems while considering platform-wide consistency and compliance.
A data-informed approach to design, proactively using product analytics and customer interviews to translate complex data into actionable, measurable outcomes.
