About this role
Role Overview
- Support the team in managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction
- Assist in the development and execution of communication plans for clinical trials
- Monitor project performance and support team in providing insights for optimization
- Keep a pulse on industry, client, therapeutic area and competitor news
- Take ownership of smaller projects and ensure their timely and successful delivery
- Develop materials, including fact sheets, messaging documents, press releases, and communications plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects
- Mentor and coach junior team members
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in communications, English or similar major
- At least 5-8 years agency experience, including experience in healthcare and science communications/public relations
- Experience supporting communications for pharma clients or similar high-science communications experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Familiarity with media tools (e.g., Cision, Bloomberg Terminal, HootSuite)
- Knowledge of AI and AI tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and/or accounts simultaneously
- Demonstrate adaptability to new information and shifting priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Resourceful and effective problem solver with strong sense of urgency, proactivity and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
