Overall responsibility for the evaluation and coordination of a broad range of HR programs, policies, and programs for assigned areas
Directly partner with business leaders in all areas on HR related issues including recruiting, onboarding, engagement, employee relations, performance management, development, rewards, and recognition
Identify and drive organizational changes to business model, organization and functional alignments, and core HR activities
Drive succession planning and individual development proactively to ensure identification, development, and retention of key personnel
Ensure employment processes in areas are consistent across the organization as well as with state and federal laws and complies with Company policies
Communicate and educate leaders on expectations
Analyze key human resources trends in turnover, hiring, promotions, separations, and grievances to determine support or action needed to adjust unfavorable trends
Understand the company vision and align priorities accordingly by analyzing and identifying opportunities to lowering turnover, increasing employee engagement and retention, and developing high-performing teams, developing HR solutions that will ultimately improve outcomes
Successfully execute special projects by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities, communicating, and coordinating requirements, evaluating milestones driving towards results; evaluating optional courses of action; adapting activities due to changing assumptions and direction
Maintain an understanding of relevant federal and state labor and workplace laws that pertain to and impact Option Care Health’s workforce, and effectively coach team members on compliance to these laws
Lead the incorporation of the Company’s vision, purpose, and values into the management practices of the team he/she supports
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner
Demonstrated strong knowledge of employment law including, but not limited to, Title VI, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, etc.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning)
Proven ability to create and drive partnerships, developing a higher level of trust and credibility
Self-motivated and high endurance with critical attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and reporting
