Requirements
10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership/Director capacity, ideally within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
Deep understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI, Harness, or ArgoCD) and can explain the 'why' behind DevOps transformations.
Stage presence that keeps participants engaged and motivated.
Expert-level program and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
Deep understanding of sales methodologies and the B2B sales cycle.
Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply and convincingly.
