About this role
Role Overview
You actively support your colleagues in Customer Support with all matters related to container management
You serve as the daily contact for our national customers and handle various enquiries independently
You act as an interface between our customers and internal departments
When required, you conduct customer satisfaction analyses with a focus on delivering excellent service quality
You take ownership of complaint management — including documentation and escalation to the appropriate department
You independently manage the recording and maintenance of customer and billing data in our CRM system
With your commitment you contribute to a well-organised back office.
Requirements
You have initial professional experience as an office assistant — preferably in a logistics environment
You are willing to learn new tasks and are interested in further professional development
You demonstrate commitment and team spirit every day
You have strong IT skills and are proficient in common MS Office applications
Ideally, you already have initial experience using a CRM system.
