Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for a portfolio of clients using Xero.
Process and reconcile transactions including bank accounts, sales, and purchase ledgers.
Assist with bookkeeping for clients with multiple companies within a group structure.
Prepare quarterly management accounts for a portfolio of clients.
Support the preparation of management information for other clients where required.
Liaise directly with clients to: Request missing information or documentation, Resolve bookkeeping or Xero-related queries, Ensure financial records remain up to date and accurate.
Assist with the preparation of working papers for year-end accounts where required.
Requirements
Strong bookkeeping experience
Experience using Xero
Ability to manage bookkeeping for multiple clients
Experience preparing or assisting with management accounts
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
