About this role

You independently carry out bookkeeping for our clients using the BMD NTCS software — largely paperless and automated
Ideally, you will also support us with ongoing payroll processing
You welcome new clients and assist with administrative tasks (e.g., preparing fee invoices) as well as our marketing activities, such as producing advisory videos, expanding our tax chatbot "tax-gpt", and creating social media posts

Solid knowledge of the BMD NTCS accounting software, ideally including the Bank Statement Posting/Reconciliation module
At least 2 years of relevant professional experience as a bookkeeper with concurrent handling of multiple clients
Positive attitude and enjoyment of your work
Friendly and respectful manner toward everyone
Openness to continuously simplify and optimize workflows
Ideally, completed commercial vocational training (HAK/HAS) or formal bookkeeping certification (e.g., Bilanzbuchhalter exam, bookkeeping qualification)
