Requirements
- Minimum of 15+ years’ leadership experience in supply chain operations
- Track record in developing and executing a multi-year business strategy
- Experience in retail Open to Buy (OTB) environment
- Experience in SAP, o9, or other advanced planning systems
- Grounded in lean principles, six sigma, and blackbelt methodologies
- Strong business acumen
- Strong influential leadership skills
- Successful experience as an enterprise leader
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly flexible and adaptable to ambiguity
