A strong passion for digitalization, logistics innovation, and supply chain transformation
5+ years of experience in consulting or in relevant industry roles, ideally within logistics, transportation, or supply chain
Proven sales and project management experience
A strategic mindset and the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable roadmaps
An excellent academic background (Master’s, MBA, or PhD)
Ability to build strong customer relationships
Solid knowledge of consulting methods and tools and strong project management skills; certifications are a plus
A strong understanding of commercial and operational processes within supply chain management across industries
Willingness to take ownership, innovate, and drive initiatives forward
Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
Willingness to travel
