Identify, prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close strategic insurer and ecosystem partnerships
Own the full partnership lifecycle — from outreach and relationship building through negotiation, onboarding, integration, and go-live
Build, own, and manage a robust pipeline of insurer and strategic partners in the UK market
Lead commercial negotiations with strong judgment on pricing, underwriting alignment, and partnership economics
Drive fast-market-entry partnerships and minimize activation timelines

Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance and/or fintech
Strong commercial and negotiation capability
Proven understanding of insurer economics, underwriting considerations, and partnership structures
Established network within the UK insurance ecosystem
Deep understanding of local insurance market dynamics and regulations
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
