Strengthen the region’s ability to execute commercial strategies through improved funnel visibility, lead flow processes, campaign effectiveness, and sales execution routines.
Identify process gaps and lead improvement projects to enhance KPIs and business outcomes.
Partner with regional and global leaders to optimize CRM usage, sales processes, and marketing operations.
Facilitate Kaizens, CI workshops, and structured problem-solving sessions tailored to commercial needs.
Advance regional VES maturity by assessing current capabilities, identifying gaps, and building execution plans with leaders.
Drive the Kaizen Funnel processes, ensuring prioritization, qualification, preparation, execution, and sustainment.
Promote experimentation and agile approaches to commercial improvement.
Build the CP/CT pipeline by identifying high‑potential associates and guiding certification journeys.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to align improvement efforts with growth priorities.
Use insights and analytics to influence commercial decision-making and monitor funnel health.
Represent EMEA in global VES and commercial excellence forums, ensuring transparency, alignment, and accountability across diverse markets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
3–5+ years of experience in commercial, sales, marketing, or business development.
Proven track record in process improvement and measurable business results.
Experience leading Kaizens, coaching PSP, or driving commercial transformation.
CRM and marketing automation literacy (SFDC, Marketo preferred).
Ability to travel up to 25% across EMEA.
Fluency in English required; Swiss German preferred; French or other EMEA languages a plus.
Certified Practitioner in PSP (or equivalent) preferred.
Strong influence and change leadership skills: able to work across cultures and seniority levels without formal authority, building followership and momentum for change.
Effective facilitation and coaching abilities: capable of creating psychological safety, structure, and engagement within teams, with adaptable communication across functions and contexts.
Data‑driven mindset uses insights and commercial data to diagnose issues and drive improvements.
