Preparation of the annual expense budget and its monthly revisions;
Monitoring store profitability;
Management of store discounts and bonuses;
Control of the area's OPEX in partnership with the Manager;
Analysis, interpretation and consolidation of information to create management reports that track retail KPI metrics, ensuring controls and standards for the area and supporting decision-making;
Participation in the development and implementation of processes and metrics to ensure presentation of the BU's commercial area results;
Handling requests from departments (originating from franchisees);
Leading and executing events, offsites, conventions and regional meetings for the entire commercial area;
Managing the commercial area's meeting schedules;
Overseeing consultants' field visits at a high level to facilitate management by the area heads.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields;
Advanced Excel skills (data consolidation, data segmentation, dashboards);
Intermediate PowerPoint skills (ability to create executive presentations);
Experience in retail, retail KPIs, and sales performance.
