Requirements
3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations with a strong focus on data-driven growth;
Deep, hands-on experience with Data Enrichment and Sales Engagement tools;
Proven experience managing small teams (3–5 people) in fast-paced environments;
Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and core marketing principles;
Proficiency in Excel and/or BI tools;
Passion for building scalable, data-driven processes;
Fluent English (written and spoken);
Ability to work from our hubs in Ukraine or Poland.
