Lead the end-to-end strategy for high-volume UGC, specifically optimized for paid social whitelisting (dark posting) to drive immediate conversion.
Architect and negotiate complex, long-term commercial relationships with "Macro" talent (1M+ followers), managing legal contracting and agent relations at the highest level.
Design aggressive, performance-based incentive structures including hybrid CPA, revenue share, and equity-based models.
Partner with Growth and Creative leads to ensure creator assets are the primary fuel for the Meta/TikTok/YouTube auction.
Build a rigorous testing framework to iterate on hooks, CTAs, and creative angles, moving beyond "vanity metrics" to true incrementality and blended CAC analysis.
Direct and hold accountable external agencies to ensure a flawless, compliant pipeline of creator content at pace.
Requirements
Extensive experience in Influencer/Growth Marketing within a high-growth D2C scale-up, with a track record of scaling a channel to significant monthly spend.
Expert-level negotiation skills with Tier 1 talent agents and a deep understanding of contract law and usage rights.
You are comfortable with data-heavy environments. You understand attribution modelling, whitelisting, and how influencer content interacts with the Meta/TikTok algorithm.
You know exactly why a 3-second hook works (or doesn't) and can brief creators to produce high-performing, compliant assets for regulated health products.
Experience managing six or seven-figure monthly budgets and the ability to build the internal processes needed to sustain that volume.
The ability to distinguish when to play for brand equity and when to push for aggressive, discount-led acquisition.
