Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, driving alignment, challenging assumptions, and maintaining a consistently high hiring bar.

Navigate complex, global hiring environments by partnering with People, Legal, and Compensation to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance.
Continuously improve recruiting processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions to increase quality and velocity.
Bring market intelligence and insights to stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions and shaping talent strategy.
Requirements
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at high-growth or high-bar environments.
Proven track record of hiring for GTM functions (e.g. Sales, Technical Success, RevOps, Partnerships, User Ops).
Strong talent judgment, you can assess both experience and potential, and consistently raise the bar.
Comfortable operating as a strategic partner, influencing senior stakeholders and navigating ambiguity.
Highly execution-oriented, with the ability to run multiple complex searches simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
Skilled in building pipelines from scratch, especially in competitive or emerging talent markets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across regions and cultures.
Data-informed and structured in your approach, using insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
Experience with modern recruiting tools and a mindset for leveraging new technologies.
