Optimize architecture, URLs, navigation, meta robots, schema, and internal links.
Improve page load speed and Core Web Vitals; manage robots.txt and XML sitemaps.
Define and execute a keyword strategy aligned with the business.
Optimize existing pages and collaborate on the creation of new landing pages and editorial content.
Apply best practices for headings, images, internal links, and featured snippets.
Develop SEO content guides and documentation.
Optimize the Google Business Profile and manage directories/citations (NAP).
Create and improve location pages and local content.
Monitor rankings in key service areas.
Measure performance in GA4 and Google Search Console (traffic, conversions, rankings).
Monitor backlinks and identify safe link building opportunities.
Maintain an SEO roadmap with quarterly milestones and monthly reports.
Translate technical findings into clear and understandable reports.
Requirements
More than 3 years of hands-on SEO experience with experience improving rankings, traffic, and conversions/experience in SEO roles at agencies or companies. (Required)
-Advanced English level B2+C1
Solid technical knowledge of SEO (audits, crawl/index optimization, schema, Core Web Vitals, canonicalization, redirects/status codes).
Proficiency in SEMrush (or similar), GA4 (Google Analytics 4), and GSC (Google Search Console) (Required)
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS (Required)
On-page optimization, keyword research, and content collaboration skills; ability to create reports and monitor content quality for SEO.
Experience in professional services (legal/wealth/financial planning) and familiarity with digital marketing that is compliant with regulations and ethical. (Preferred)
Experience coordinating external SEO vendors/agencies; experience in editorial and content strategy; relevant SEO certifications.
