Timeline Ownership: Own project timelines, priorities, and due dates for features, enhancements, and long-term initiatives.
Strategic Planning: Work closely with the Product Manager and Dev Team Leads to prioritize tasks, balancing business impact against resources and trade-offs (e.g., quality vs. speed).
Execution: Monitor current sprint work while keeping sight of long-term roadmap goals and milestones.
Agile Ceremony Lead: Facilitate key Sprint Events including Daily Stand-Ups, Retrospectives, and Sprint Planning/Sizing.
Demos & Reporting: Facilitate Weekly Demo Meetings, preparing agendas based on current progress and high-priority items.
Action Items: Ensure clear follow-ups from all sprint events are documented, tracked, and communicated.
Data Integrity: Maintain up-to-date ticket statuses to prevent workflow disruptions and ensure all requirements/ambiguities are documented centrally.
Resource Assignment: Review tickets to identify required teams (Backend, Frontend, Quality Assurance) and work with leads to ensure proper resource allocation.
Active Monitoring: Flag tickets that are stagnant or in a specific status for too long.
Support Coordination: Participate in support workflows by responding to Patient Care or Physician team requests and flagging critical issues for investigation.
Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for multiple internal departments to manage and coordinate requirements dependent on the development team.
Communication: Keep leadership and stakeholders aligned on progress, changes in scope, or major blockers through periodic updates.
Documentation: Maintain shared project trackers, dashboards, and onboarding materials for new team members.
Requirements
Experience as a Project Manager specifically within a technology or product development environment.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is required to plan realistic timelines and communicate effectively with engineers.
Experience working with Agile/iterative frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban within a software or product development context.
Familiarity with using ClickUp for project management and ticket tracking.
Ability to work during PH core hours (3:00 PM – 7:00 PM PHT) and maintain overlap with US core hours (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST) to support key meetings and facilitate timely coordination.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to clarify complex trade-offs for stakeholders.
