Check if the property has been sold in the last 5 years
Investigate whether the property has planning permission
Assess whether the property is occupied or vacant (e.g., via street view, letting ads)
Cross-check to ensure the property is not already in our internal database
Determine whether the property is residential or commercial
Complete a minimum number of properties checks per day, in line with the client’s admin team's daily targets

Experience in Data entry role or similar positions
Background in property is preferable
Salesforce experience is an advantage
Excellent attention to detail — mistakes can result in financial loss or missed business opportunities
Efficient work style – able to complete tasks quickly without sacrificing accuracy
Confident using a variety of online tools and websites for research
Highly organized with the ability to follow structured guidelines
Good written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
