Handle inbound customer service and sales calls to identify customer needs, answer questions, complete procedures, and offer products and/or services;
The agent must identify the customer's needs and provide a practical, objective solution following product/service procedures;
Sales of products and services;
Specific technical tasks: Call center work offering voice or data telephony services or products, including service packages for residential or mobile phone lines, data packages, broadband and fiber services;
Use systems to record interactions and carry out service-related tasks.
Requirements
Minimum 18 years of age;
High school diploma (complete);
Strong verbal communication and persuasive ability;
Negotiation and persuasive argumentation skills;
Basic computer and typing skills;
Availability to complete online training;
Must have a computer or laptop to complete the training;
Availability to work on-site at the Feira de Santana unit;
Preferably live near the Atento unit in Feira de Santana.
