Operation of the Insider CRM platform using email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp channels and all available features (e.g., Architect, Single Campaigns, Reports, among others);
Creation and adjustment of responsive HTML email templates;
Creation and maintenance of segmentations and lists for sending, based on the data available in the CRM platform;
Creation and scheduling of one-off sends for email, Push, SMS, and WhatsApp;
Creation and maintenance of communication journeys / drip campaigns / automated flows with email, Push, SMS, and WhatsApp;
Creation and maintenance of automations on the platform;
Working with email personalization using variables;
Measurement of campaign results, analyzing KPIs such as delivery, open, click, and conversion rates, among others. Ability to extract insights from these results to propose improvements and optimizations for ongoing operations;
Strategic support to clients to identify areas that can be adjusted and improved in the proposed strategy.
Requirements
Experience operating Insider;
Experience and proficiency in HTML for emails;
Knowledge of Google Analytics;
Knowledge of Google tools (Sheets, Slides and Docs);
Experience analyzing CRM campaign results: able to analyze operational KPIs such as delivery, open and click rates, as well as financial outcomes like conversion rate and target attainment;
Experience with inbound campaigns and communication journeys (automated flows of email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp);
Independence and autonomy to work in multidisciplinary squads;
Knowledge of a programming language.
Differentials:
Fluent or advanced English (able to read, write, speak and listen);
Experience in WhatsApp strategies;
Certifications in CRM platforms.
