Inquiry Management: Proactively monitor all communication channels to ensure 100% response rates and zero missed opportunities.
Requirements
Fluent English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English skills are required to communicate effectively with the Houston-based clientele.
Sales or Appointment Setting Experience: A proven track record in sales, lead nurturing, or high-volume appointment setting.
Communication Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
