Build and maintain a high-level view of commercial performance, consolidating KPIs and executive summaries to support decision-making (productivity, conversion, cycle, coverage, losses, mix);
Prepare and sustain the forecast (monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual), defining assumptions, explaining variances, and proposing actions to close gaps;
Diagnose funnel bottlenecks and opportunities by segment/cluster (e.g., Campaign, e-detailing, Insights), proposing continuous improvement initiatives (processes, portfolio focus, outreach approach);
Design and evolve a data-driven accelerated opportunity generation engine, producing analyses and cross-references to quickly generate target account lists and offer hypotheses for prospecting;
Deliver “prospecting packages” to the commercial team (prioritized accounts + value proposition + likely decision-maker personas + sector-specific arguments/insights) to accelerate qualified lead generation;
Produce structured analyses of opportunity performance and quality (win/loss, loss reasons, conversion rate by stage, cycle time, average ticket, disqualification reasons), converting findings into actions;
Define data, reporting, and metric requirements (calculation rules, essential fields, indicator governance) and align with the Junior CRM Analyst on implementation/updates;
Prepare materials for executive rituals (pipeline review, forecast review, QBR), with narrative, insights, and concise recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in fields such as Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration;
Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets (advanced functions, pivot tables, modeling);
Experience building dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker;
Basic knowledge of SQL for queries and data joins;
Intermediate experience with CRM systems, with analytical mindset and ability to specify requirements.
