Role Overview

• As an Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, from preparing quotations to final coordination.
• You work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth and professional implementation of individual customer projects.
• Creation and editing of customized quotations in the ERP system
• Maintenance of article numbers, sizes and product variants
• Visualizing customer projects using Photoshop
• Coordination with customers on details and adjustments
• Proactively following up on outstanding quotations
• Close collaboration with the field sales team

Requirements

• Structured, meticulous, and independent working style
• Confident use of ERP systems or willingness to learn quickly
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop
• Enjoyment of customer contact and telephone follow-up
• Commercial/administrative understanding
• Ideally: experience in inside sales, project management, or an agency environment
• Affinity for interior design products is an advantage
