Role Overview
- Execute the review, analysis and resolution of customer application enquiries
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers
- Assist commercial teams in ensuring best technical solutions
- Gather market intelligence on competitors’ products
- Conduct customer trainings on Grid Automation portfolio
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer facing engineering position
- Strong SCADA substation control knowledge
- Knowledge of GA portfolio and competition products
- Experience with IEC 61850 based substation automation solutions
- Working knowledge of substation protection, substation automation and RTUs
- Fluent in English
