Coordinate the Marketing team, setting priorities, goals and performance indicators, fostering continuous development, engagement and a high-performance culture.
Develop and implement the strategic marketing plan aligned with corporate and commercial objectives.
Plan, execute and measure integrated campaigns (online and offline) targeting internal and external audiences, including sales support activities.
Coordinate brand positioning, branding and corporate communication strategies.
Plan and oversee events, activations and sponsorships, ensuring consistency with the brand strategy.
Manage the department budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and monitoring of performance indicators.
Work collaboratively with Commercial, Product, Intelligence & Performance teams and other areas of the Bank and subsidiaries, ensuring strategic alignment and synergy across actions.
Propose policies, guidelines and operational manuals for the department, structuring marketing processes and governance.
Develop strategies for customer acquisition, engagement and retention, strengthening relationships and loyalty.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Solid experience in strategic marketing and management of integrated campaigns.
Previous experience in team leadership or coordination.
Experience in budget management and liaising with agencies and suppliers.
Experience with digital marketing, paid media, social networks, CRM or marketing automation.
Preferred:
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Marketing, Strategic Management or related areas will be considered a plus.
Experience in the financial, insurance or services industries.
Experience interfacing with commercial teams and supporting demand generation strategies.
