Collaboration with the creative and marketing teams to develop content strategies, identifying key moments and opportunities for impact.
Monitoring and analysis of performance metrics such as reach, engagement and campaign/partnership conversions.
Handling relationship challenges with influencers, such as scope changes, delays and conflicts, ensuring continuity of deliverables.
Coordination of influencers’ schedules and identification of opportunities for new content and partnerships.
Presence and support at events, recordings, competitions and travel involving influencers.
Understanding native slang and expressions used on social platforms, communicating in the creators’ "language."
Monitoring competitive esports scenes, football, skateboarding, Formula 1, lifestyle, traditional sports and other trends relevant to the LOUD community.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication (Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations), Digital Marketing or related fields.
Advanced English.
Experience managing content creators and influencer marketing campaigns.
Advanced knowledge of platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Twitch.
Ability to adapt and deliver results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Skills in analyzing social media performance metrics, strong communication, organization and deadline-management abilities.
Flexibility to support and attend in-person and digital events.
Proficiency with major planning, monitoring and analytics tools for social media and influencer management.
Up-to-date with the latest content trends and social media culture.
