About this role
Role Overview
You develop and implement strategies to maximize customer retention and satisfaction over the long term.
You analyze customer data and feedback to drive targeted improvements to our products and services.
You create de-escalation routines and incident management processes to resolve challenges efficiently.
You implement a sustainable onboarding and self-service strategy to keep support effort low.
You provide support for B2B customers and hardware partners.
You grow and evolve the department according to needs.
You stay closely aligned with market and customer needs through continuous market and competitor analysis.
Requirements
A completed degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a technical field relevant to the industry.
At least 3–5 years of experience in customer management, support, or a similar role within the SaaS sector.
Excellent communication skills, creativity, and an analytical mindset.
A solid understanding of technical concepts, ideally including software development.
Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM systems and customer data analysis.
The ability to work independently and results-oriented, combined with strong team spirit.
