Drive the growth of SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions.
Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements.
Advise clients on industry/ cross-industry leading practices.
Design target state SAP solutions for clients.
Influence clients’ thinking in adopting leading/ standard practices while developing target state.
Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solution.
Perform SAP configuration and tests.
Develop specifications for development of forms/ reports/ interfaces.
Lead the consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle including planning and execution of testing, migration and cutover.
Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training and supporting users post cutover.
Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in SAP Technical development.
Experience in leading a team is preferable
Proven hands-on experience with the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
Proven experience in implementing SAP Business Process Automation (BPA) solutions.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and data model.
Strong understanding of various SAP modules and their associated business processes (e.g., FI, CO, PS, TR, MM, PM).
Proficiency in ABAP programming, including ABAP Objects, CDS views, and OData services.
Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 development is a plus.
Knowledge of debugging tools and performance tuning techniques in ABAP.
Familiarity with process mapping and modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN).
Experience with RPA tools and methodologies is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
