About this role

Act as BJAK’s on-the-ground leader for insurance partnerships and distribution.
Build strategic insurer relationships and navigate local market dynamics.
Execute commercial strategies that drive measurable revenue impact.
Shape BJAK’s UK growth strategy while owning end-to-end execution across partnerships, distribution, revenue, and performance.
Identify, prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close strategic insurer and ecosystem partnerships.

Permanent residency in the UK and deep understanding of local insurance market dynamics and regulations.
Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance and/or fintech, with strong commercial and negotiation capability.
Proven understanding of insurer economics, underwriting considerations, and partnership structures.
Established network within the UK insurance ecosystem, enabling immediate access to senior-level stakeholders.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
