About this role
Role Overview
- Lead Production Planning to ensure plans are executed within the assigned country/region in achieving the optimal level of product availability
- Collaborate with Tier1 planning teams to monitor day-to-day operations
- Ensure the order management process across all Tier1s are confirmed, planned, and tracked
- Verify bottlenecks on critical materials and ensure creative solutions
- Collaborate with Technical Services and/or Development Merchandisers to ensure quality issues are resolved
- Provide training support to production team and suppliers on policies and systems
- Develop and lead a high performing Production Planning team
Requirements
- University degree in the field of supply chain or related areas
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant business experience
- Strong negotiation and influence, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong MS Office Skills
