Actively drive and manage sales and project management process for China customers.
Work closely with ZF sales/engineering team in HQ in Germany as the key technical advisor and product advocate.
Be responsible for sales and project management for ZF Test Systems.
Develop and maintain customer relationships, regular customer care, and contact.
Develop and deliver product demonstrations.
Represent the product to customers and at field events, such as conferences and seminars.
Respond on time to the functional and technical elements of RFQs, quotations, and specifications.
Convey customer requirements to product management and teams.
Conduct customer and market analysis.

Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in sales for automation and drives.
Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
Must possess strong presentation skills and communicate professionally in written responses.
Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
Engineering degree in electrical engineering, test equipment, or mechatronics.
Experienced in soft
and hardware for electric drive systems and sensor applications.
Min. 5 years in project management/sales for a test equipment and measurement tools company or related in the China market.
Having powertrain test bench sales experience in the auto parts market will be preferred.
English & Mandarin Fluent, Germany not required, would be a plus.
Skilled in MS Office programs.
Ability to work under little supervision.
Reliability of task completion and follow-up of pending issues.
