About this role

Support achievement of regional sell-out targets and LFL growth at store level.
Track and analyze store-level KPIs including CR%, UPT, ATV, traffic conversion, and productivity.
Prepare structured performance summaries and highlight risks and opportunities.
Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, SOPs, and retail initiatives in customer stores.
Follow up on merchandising execution, campaign landing, and promotional compliance.
Monitor store inventory health including sell-through, weeks of cover, and aged stock.
Maintain regular communication with customer store management teams.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance tracking reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within regional retail operations.

Minimum 3–5 years of retail operations experience in a multinational retail environment.
Basic understanding of retail KPIs, store productivity, and operational drivers.
Ability to influence external partners without direct authority.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Analytical mindset with good Excel capability.
Fluent in local language; working knowledge of English preferred.
Strong learning agility and willingness to develop commercial awareness.
