Role Overview
Create and communicate an inspiring product vision and a clear, data-driven product strategy aligned with Clicksign's business objectives, ensuring focus on the highest-impact opportunities.
Motivate, align, and orchestrate teams of Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineers, and other necessary disciplines, ensuring autonomy and fostering high performance.
Define the critical problems to be solved and the business outcomes to be achieved.
Implement mechanisms for collecting and analyzing data, customer interactions, market trends, and emerging technologies, turning insights into strategic actions.
Distribute strategic challenges across the Value Stream teams, promoting autonomy so they can propose the best solutions.
Evangelize the business and product vision, strategy, and working model across the organization, ensuring alignment and engagement.
Build and refine product strategy processes to ensure Clicksign stays ahead of the market.
Lead difficult decisions about product focus and delivery prioritization based on data and insights.
Act as a mentor and coach for team members working with you.
Requirements
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary product and technology teams (Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Design, and Engineering).
Deep knowledge of digital product development and agile methodologies.
Strong strategic vision and the ability to translate it into concrete action plans.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for decision-making.
Experience defining and implementing high-impact product strategies.
Passion for solving complex problems and delivering value to users.
Excellent coaching and people-development skills.
Proactivity, autonomy, and the ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Nice-to-haves: Experience with intrapreneurship and inner ventures; experience at SaaS or B2B2C technology companies; knowledge of the electronic signature market and enterprise ecosystems; familiarity with various technologies, common market platforms, AI, and open platforms.
