Role Overview
- Ensure operational management of a multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to business development activities
- Manage a team of 16 employees
- Conduct regular business reviews
- Lead the department and participate in the regional management committee (CODIR)
- Build and strengthen client relationships
- Ensure service compliance and guarantee client satisfaction
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in civil engineering or building/construction, with management and business training as a minimum, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the civil engineering or building/construction sector
- Proven experience in management and commercial/business development
- Valid Category B driving license required
