Role Overview
- Define and implement the global supplier quality strategy
- Lead global supplier selection, qualification, and audit programs
- Monitor and improve global supplier performance through standardized KPIs
- Drive global alignment and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with sourcing, engineering, and manufacturing
- Lead and coach regional supplier quality teams and manage global reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (MSc preferred)
- Certified Lead Auditor for IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3
- Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive supplier quality or related areas
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards and core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
- Proven track record in global quality management and supplier development
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and PC skills
- Excellent communication abilities in English; additional languages are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional and multicultural teams
