Role Overview
- Support the Tax and Mobility Manager and Tax Director in managing personal tax matters
- Collate and provide relevant information and data to external tax agents
- Oversee the preparation and review of individual tax computations
- Manage monthly tax requirements for the countries with monthly tax withholding obligations
- Provide general tax briefings to cross border assignees
- Work closely with mobility and project teams to identify tax implications from cross-border movement
- Coordinate and manage personal tax payment matters across jurisdictions
- Handle correspondences, enquiries, and negotiations with relevant countries tax authorities
- Support and provide tax technical advice to the Finance Operations team
Requirements
- Degree (or equivalent) in Finance or Accounting
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- 4+ years’ experience in similar role
- Worked in a professional experienced services or professional tax organization dealing on tax matters
- Experience in handling regional taxation matters would be an advantage
- Familiar with local taxation requirements and good understanding of tax equalization
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound professional judgement
- Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
