Independently process end-to-end payroll to ensure delivery according to the agreed processing calendar(s) and KPIs, and/or independently perform data management or customer service activities as per the agreed calendar and KPIs.
Support statutory and year-end reporting according to agreed calendar(s) and KPIs.
Use payroll expertise to advise on client queries/issues and maintain a strong understanding of country-specific legislation and tasks.
Support and provide knowledge transfer to Apprentices and/or Associates on data management or customer service activities.
Ensure tickets and calls are responded to within SLA timescales and to a high standard.
Support system maintenance testing.
Liaise and transact with third parties.
Complete SOC controls on time with the necessary evidence.
Support and contribute to root cause analysis to ensure details are accurate and propose feasible preventive measures to limit reoccurrence.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and ensure the audience understands and can put information into practice.
Maintain DWIs to ensure processes are up to date and reflective of the service.
Report all system issues/defects correctly and log tickets with the necessary details and evidence so Application Services and/or Products can investigate.
Highlight to the Service Manager any deviations from the standard scope of service.
Recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Complete time recording accurately and on time.
Adhere to STRADA security standards.
Contribute to team meetings and raise any issues immediately to your Service Manager.
Stay up to date with all STRADA HR announcements and communications.
Build strong relationships with all relevant lines of business where appropriate.
Update internal stakeholders, when needed, in a timely and accurate manner.
Participate in projects and activities as assigned.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures.
BA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2–3 years of relevant experience administering payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR consulting, HR outsourcing, or corporate environment.
HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft preferred.
