Role Overview
- Execute end-to-end payroll for Poland using ADP GlobalView.
- Validate input data (time, absences, benefits, deductions).
- Ensure compliance with Polish labor law, social security, and tax regulations.
- Proficient in ADP GlobalView configuration and processing.
- Ability to run and interpret system reports for payroll validation.
- Perform monthly payroll reconciliations (gross-to-net, tax, social security).
- Respond to employee payroll queries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory reports (ZUS, PIT, PFRON, GUS).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, or related field.
- 3+ years of payroll experience in Poland.
- Advanced knowledge of Polish labor law and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in ADP GlobalView or similar and MS Excel.
- English and Polish language proficiency required
