Support the operations team as a subject matter expert (SME) with new campus design, system’s operations, incident response, training, vendor support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Review drawings and contract documents for operational viewpoints.
Provide input on capital projects to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Mentor and provide development support to operations personnel.
Drive improvements in system performance, including water and electrical usage efficiency.
Develop standards for site management, vendor management, maintenance practices, and incident management.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent training/experience.
8+ years of Operational experience in data centers.
SME designation in mechanical, electrical, or BMS/controls equipment/systems.
SME with interpreting construction drawings and equipment specifications.
Ability to analyze critical infrastructure sequence of operations, design parameters, alarms and indicators, and performance trends.
System matter experience in the life cycle of data center operations from design, acceptance, operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and event management.
Expertise to create standards and programs required to ensure “best in breed” data center operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service acumen.
