About this role

Serve as the primary operational bridge between the Business Unit and the centralized Service Organization
Ensure the BU’s priorities are clearly represented, service performance is transparent, and customer experience is consistently delivered
Lead cross-functional implementation efforts and drive service readiness for new products
Maintain alignment across R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and shared service teams
Work with Microbiology GPTS management to define, negotiate, and monitor service expectations

Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or scientific field; advanced degree preferred
Prefer 5+ years of experience in service operations, project management, applications/technical support, or a related function
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting field service organizations, call centers, or technical support groups strongly preferred
Demonstrated success working within a complex organization or global cross-functional environment
