Lead and support sourcing, portfolio management and develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs across operational areas
Drive key initiatives and strategic long-term goals through scheduled tracking and reporting
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective management of day-to-day Business Operations
Accountable for planning, organizing, and providing timely responses to inquiries, and resolving issues
Partner with Sr. Director of Incubation ENA, and Global Sr. Director of Strategy & Operations to support ESI mission, including compliance, budget management, and reporting
Engage in a cross-functional team and support operational and financial compliance
Maintain JFORCE and other systems with up-to-date portfolio data and milestone progress
Track and report on partner incubator portfolios and drive SME engagement
Implement policies, procedures, processes, and governance controls for efficient operations
Develop and apply IT-based systems and analytics for data analysis and reporting

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is required
Minimum of 5-8 years in the life sciences industry, including at least 5 years in business development, sourcing, and data management
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, PowerPivot) and experience with Power BI
Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint
Familiarity with Salesforce is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to generate actionable insights through data visualization
Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to investigating anomalies
Preferred experience in project/process management, vendor management, and budget oversight
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
