About this role
Role Overview
Lead Generation Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and follow up on automated lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI Sales Automation tools) to generate new business opportunities aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Automated Sales Outreach Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize automated outreach sequences using our sales engagement platforms, ensuring personalization, compliance, and performance tracking.
Desk Research & Prospect Identification: Conduct structured market research to identify potential customers within our target market and regions.
CRM Management & Data Hygiene: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including contact details and activity logs to ensure reliable reporting and forecasting. Prepare campaign reports, and forecasts for management review
Marketing & Sales Alignment: Work closely with marketing and field sales teams to ensure campaign alignment, feedback loops on lead quality, messaging consistency, and coordinated follow-up strategies.
Other activities: other activities such as sales support with quotes, contracts, and customer communication will be part of the daily routine
Requirements
Registered under Italian Law 68/99 (Protected Category – Categorie Protette
2-5 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, business development, or SDR/BDR roles.
Proven experience working with outbound prospecting campaigns and structured processes.
Experience operating in B2B environments (preferably mid-market or enterprise segments).
Strong desk research capabilities to identify target accounts
Data-driven mindset with focus on conversion optimization.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Curious and proactive in identifying new opportunities
Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
