Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a diverse portfolio of financial systems and processes

Champion the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions for financial processes
Partner closely with stakeholders across Finance, Merchandising, Technology, Strategy and Business Operations
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive successful execution

8+ years of product management experience in financial consulting, accounting, finance, or similar roles
Functional expertise in Financial and ERP processes and Retail and Supply Chain applications
Strong understanding of core finance processes, including accounting practices, monthly close, financial reporting and forecasting, Merchandise Planning, and SOX controls
Passionate about automating business processes, innovating with AI solutions & integrating financial systems with broader enterprise applications
Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
Strategic and data-driven thinker
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, IT/computer science or a related field, MBA preferred
