You will support the analysis and optimization of existing procurement business processes
You will identify opportunities for improvement
You will contribute to digitalization projects and the introduction of new tools and systems
You will create and revise process and training documentation
You will support workshops and training sessions
You will assist with day-to-day operational tasks, including maintaining procurement data and system entries as well as preparing analyses and reports
You will communicate with internal departments (e.g., software development, IT) and external service providers and participate in project meetings and workshops
Requirements
You are motivated and studying Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable degree program
You have an interest in procurement, digitalization, and process management
You quickly develop an understanding of new topics and adapt flexibly to changes
You are strong at working independently and prioritizing tasks
You have strong analytical and conceptual skills
You have good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and possibly initial experience with process modeling tools
You are available for six months
