Continuously assess and refine processes to reduce friction, improve speed, and elevate experience for candidates and hiring managers
Analyze sourcing channel performance and recommend improvements
Share insights with HR and hiring managers and help improve interview and selection quality
Identify and pilot innovative approaches to improve early career recruiting and program operations, including the thoughtful use of AI and automation tools
Requirements
3-5+ years of HR experience, recruiting preferred
Bachelor’s degree (HR, business, communications, or related programs preferred)
Willingness to work flexible hours tied to campus travel or events when needed; 40-50% travel during the peak of fall recruiting
Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing tactically
Curiosity and comfort experimenting with new tools, technology, and ways of working
Strong process innovation and improvement mindset
Advanced project management and presentation skills
Highly skilled at evaluating capabilities, potential, and organizational fit
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office required, including advanced Excel skills (e.g., maintaining trackers, using filters, formulas, and pivot tables)
Ability to manage senior stakeholders and collaborate across a matrixed environment
