Role Overview
- Support the development and execution of print and digital marketing materials
- Ensure consistent activation of B2B, B2C, and B2E marketing standards
- Develop and update presentation materials in PowerPoint and other platforms
- Assist with internal and external communications, including newsletters and email communications
- Support social media efforts by gathering assets and drafting posts
- Support the coordination and execution of quarterly promotional materials
- Design and deploy marketing materials for digital and print use
- Maintain organization of marketing assets, templates, and shared resources
- Support event logistics and communications for meetings and conferences
- Assist with tracking, reporting, and analysis of promotions and program effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative, or business-related field
- Food service and/or services marketing experience desirable
- Experience in creative software, like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or others a plus
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, primarily PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate effectively and display a professional and positive demeanor
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to rapidly shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated individual with a high level of energy and willingness to learn and contribute
- Demonstrated personal record of success and effective performance.
