Execute Citi’s performance development framework responsibilities for directly managed staff
Be responsible for Customer Service processing
Understand the end-to-end process, required controls, systems and applications used and stakeholders involved
Proactively monitor service standards to improve compliance and the quality of the services provided to customers
Identify current and potential process weaknesses, and take appropriate action to eliminate and improve quality and process timeliness
Manage and resolve exception matters escalated by internal departments
Provide process subject matter expertise on changes resulting from business initiatives, technical upgrades or regulatory/compliance required changes
Ensure the team adheres to the unit policies and procedures and Citi standards
Manage accurate and relevant MIS and review data for trends in team performance
Journal entry posting for customer Claim for the funds available in Sundry and unclaimed sundry
Processing Claim from Depositor Education awareness fund from RBI that had been transferred earlier
Processing Claim for Deceased accounts basis the existing RBI regulations and policies defined by the bank including the deletion of holder and disbursement to claimant
Recommend business priorities by advising stakeholders on options, risks, costs, prioritizations, and delivery timelines
Create and facilitate training sessions, webcast demos and write User Acceptance Test scripts and business scenarios against specified requirements
Create, manage and maintain project plans and act as the project manager for all follow ups across various departments
Work on multiple projects in parallel focusing on continued delivery of regulatory client deliverables, such as legal statements/performance reporting/advice/letters/notices
Requirements
at least 3-5 years prior experience in banking operations
Preferably with knowledge in macro or SQL
Proven knowledge on India regulatory reporting of Banking and Cards domain
Versatile knowledge in RBI policies and guidelines
Familiar with RBI regulation and guidelines, SEBI regulations, NSDL circulars, Tax regulations of India
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proven organization and time management skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
