Lead Campaign "Attacks": Collaborate in designing and executing integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital, email, paid, and event channels.
Workshop Target Lists: Take a data-driven approach to building and refining target account lists, using insights and intent data to ensure every campaign is focused and effective.
Execute ABM Strategies: Play a key part in developing and refining our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, identifying high-value accounts and influencing buying committees to accelerate revenue.
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Sales Leaders to align campaign strategies with business goals and pipeline objectives.
AI-Powered Growth: Use AI as a force-multiplier to accelerate research, insights, and content iteration while preserving brand voice and accuracy.
Storytelling & Brand Alignment: Collaborate with content, product marketing, and creative teams to ensure consistent storytelling and brand alignment across all touchpoints.
Analyze & Optimize: Continuously test, learn, and optimize programs for scalability, connecting marketing activity directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related field.
A track record of executing data-driven, cross-channel campaigns that drive measurable results.
Analytical mindset with experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms to measure success.
Experience (or a hunger to learn) Clay, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or utilizing intent data is a major plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can craft compelling messaging and articulate strategy clearly across teams.
Strong collaboration and project management skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
